Capacitive Proximity Sensor (Polypropylene)

Designed to offer an efficient way of detecting the presence or absence of nearby objects without the need for physical contact.

With the ability to detect granulated, liquid, solid and powdered materials from behind a plastic or glass partition, these sensors can be used for fluid level, proximity, humidity and position sensing applications.

A rugged polypropylene design with IP67 sealing, it offers reverse polarity and short circuit protection. This thermally compensated sensor is designed to maintain accurate, stable and repeatable measurements across a range of fluctuating ambient temperatures. It comes equipped with a 14 turn trimmer within the sensor to enable sensing distance adjustability.
