Blind Plugs Metal
Blind plugs, also known as blanking plugs or cap plugs are used to seal cable entry and exit points in housings or enclosures where they are not in use. These metal blind plugs (available in Brass, Nickel Plated Brass or Stainless Steel) provide IP68 sealing with a temperature rating of up to -60°C to +140°C depending on the sealing material used, making them ideal in tough environments.
- Seal housing holes when not in use / no cable gland is used
- Brass, Nickel Plated Brass or Stainless Steel metal material
- Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use in rugged industrial environments
- Silicone or NBR O-ring giving a wide operating temperature range
- High protection against dust, moisture, and water ingress
- Wide variety of both Metric and PG thread sizes
- Durable design with quick and easy flathead / slotted head for torquing
