IP68 Quick Connect I/O Plug & Sockets

The LP16 I/O connectors (part of the LP series) feature a high-precision, key-way pluggable design with integrated self-locking push-lock and quick release mechanism. Supplied in a variety of PBT plastic and Zinc alloy metal housings, they are Rated IP68 waterproof along with UV-resistant properties.

Supporting RJ-45 and USB-C connectivity they are ideal for demanding environments and well suited for use in aviation, communications, renewable energy, medical, robotics, automation, industrial appliances, LED displays and many more applications.

LP16 is also available in multipin configurations for power and signal with 2 to 9 pins. See the circular connector section for these.

The wider product family includes additional sizes LP12, LP20, LP24 and LP28 with higher electrical ratings, alongside further I/O options including fibre optic, HDMI and USB-A.
  • Shielded RJ-45 and USB-C 60W 5Gb/s connection
  • RJ-45 housing only, plugs not included
  • IP68 1M / 2hr when mated (panel mount IP65 included cap)
  • PBT Plastic / Zinc Allow & PBT Plastic / Zinc Alloy versions available
  • PBT material is UV resistant and flame Retardant
  • Supplied as mating pairs for value and convenience
  • USB-C cable end prewired with 1m cable - other lengths on request
