Founded in Taipei in 1981, Canal has gone on to become a major OEM and ODM manufacturer, currently producing in excess of 20 million switches and connectors per month. A company that has evolved beyond recognition in recent years, Canal’s core product range includes a wide range of electromechanical switches, as well as connectors and sockets. Supported by a well-trained team of engineers, Canal specialises in rugged, high-current solutions designed for harsh environments and demanding applications. In addition to holding the typical certifications associated with component manufacturers, Canal also has their own UL certified in-house lab.
