Based in Normandy, France, Sarah has over 30 years industry experience, Sarah joined LUCID in 2019 following five years with ZF Friedrichshafen AG, division Industrial Solutions, responsible for the French market.

Having started in component distribution with ARROW Electronics in 1999, Mark spent 14 years with CHERRY & ZF and held numerous positions during his tenure, both UK-based and in Germany.

Michael founded company in 2016 after a long career working for industry stalwarts including IMO, Omron, Schrack, Siemens, TE, CHERRY and ZF.

Trisha joined LUCID in 2018, responsible for the back office and supply chain. Prior to joining LUCID, Trisha ran her own business for more than 10 years.
